Terms of Service
Last updated: September 29, 2026
These terms apply to the ProductPulse Chrome extension, ProductPulse Pro and this website, including the free product checker (together, “ProductPulse”). ProductPulse is provided by Miguel Fernandes, based in Portugal. Contact: productpulse.support@gmail.com. By using ProductPulse you agree to these terms.
1. What ProductPulse does
ProductPulse shows information that AliExpress product pages and Shopify stores already make available, such as listing dates, review counts and order counts. Where a value is estimated, ProductPulse marks it as an estimate. Where a value isn't available, ProductPulse says so.
2. No guarantee of accuracy
The data comes from third-party pages that we don't control. Stores and marketplaces can change, cap, hide or misreport it. For example, AliExpress caps displayed orders at 10,000+, Shopify resets a product's publish date when it is republished, and review apps can include imported reviews. ProductPulse is a research aid, not financial or business advice. Decisions about which products to sell or advertise are yours.
3. Free features and Pro
- Listing age, total reviews and orders/sales volume are free.
- ProductPulse Pro adds the Order Velocity chart. Pro costs €4.99/month as a subscription or €19 one-time. Prices shown at checkout apply.
- Payments are processed by ExtensionPay and Stripe. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time from the extension. Cancelling stops future renewals.
- A one-time purchase unlocks Pro for as long as we offer the extension and the Pro feature.
4. Refunds and your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have the rights that consumer law gives you, including any right of withdrawal that applies to digital content and services. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. To make a request, email productpulse.support@gmail.com with the email address you used at checkout.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use ProductPulse to break the law or to overload, attack or scrape the free checker or the websites it reads. We may limit or block automated or abusive use of the website.
6. Availability and changes
AliExpress and Shopify can change their pages at any time, which can stop some data from appearing until we update ProductPulse. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue Pro, we'll stop renewals for active subscriptions.
7. Liability
ProductPulse is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or advertising spend. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for ProductPulse in the 12 months before the claim. None of this limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence.
8. Independence
ProductPulse is independent and isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by AliExpress, Alibaba, Shopify or Google.
9. Law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and can bring a claim there. For consumer disputes you can use alternative dispute resolution through CNIACC – Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (cniacc.pt).
10. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we'll update them here and change the date at the top of this page.
